Fees

We believe in transparency around fees, and the costs associated with seeing a specialist Paediatrician. This is so that you can adequately plan for your child’s health care.

Please note that we are a privately billing clinic, and no bulk billing appointments are offered.

We accept card only payment via our automated system, and fees must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

Private health insurance does not cover medical appointments with Paediatricians.

Medicare rebates will be applied automatically, but for this to occur, your child must attend their appointment. If there is sensitive information you would like to discuss without them present, please bring a support person for your child so you can discuss this with the doctor.

Cancellation

Due to the high demand for paediatric outpatient appointments, we appreciate your support in providing appropriate notice if your child is unable to make an appointment, or no longer requires an appointment.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior will incur a fee up to the full cost of the consultation.
